Refund & Cancelations
Master’s Degree Program

Application fees are non-refundable.

Tuition deposits are refundable within 14 days of payment, minus a processing fee.

After the start of the program, tuition for that trimester is non-refundable.

Installments (payment plans) will automatically debit on the same day each month. If a payment is declined, students have 72 hours to update their credit card details.
Organizational Wellbeing Programs

Payment is due upon agreement unless otherwise arranged.
-
Cancellation with full refund allowed up to 30 days before the program start date.
-
Cancellations within 30 days receive a 50% refund.
-
No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of program start.
On-Demand Programs (Online Courses, Webinars, Self-Paced Learning)

Due to the digital nature, no refunds will be issued once a course is accessed.

If a course is defective or inaccessible, participants must contact support within 7 days for assistance or credit.
Retreats & In-Person Trainings

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future program.
-
Full refund minus processing fees if cancellation is made 60+ days before the event.
-
50% refund for cancellations 30-59 days before the event.
-
No refunds within 30 days of the event, but spots may be transferred to another participant.

If Bindu cancels the event, students will receive full credit toward the next training, and in some cases be fully refunded.
Yoga Teacher Trainings

All payments, including deposits and installments, are non-refundable.

Once committed to the course with a deposit, all payment installments must be fulfilled, even if students choose not to continue participation.

Installments (3 or 6 months) will automatically debit on the same day each month. If a payment is declined, students have 72 hours to update their credit card details.

All payment installments must be completed before the start of the training.

If Bindu cancels the training, students will receive full credit toward the next training.

It is highly recommended that students obtain travel insurance to cover any changes in personal circumstances.

Technical Support for Online Courses

Issues related to login, access, and course materials will be resolved as quickly as possible via email.

Community support is provided through discussion forums, private groups, and mentorships.
Accessibility Support

Bindu Institute of Learning is committed to accessibility. Participants with special needs should contact us at least 30 days before the start of their program to discuss accommodations.
Code of Conduct & Ethics

Participants are expected to uphold respect, integrity, and inclusivity in all programs.

Discriminatory language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in warnings, probation, or removal from the program without a refund.

Master’s students and YTT participants must adhere to professional ethics, including confidentiality in case discussions and respecting the sanctity of holistic practices.
Attendance & Certification

Attendance is required for all in-person and online modules of Yoga Teacher Trainings and Masters Degree to receive certification, and/or diploma.
-
Students should add all LIVE online sessions to their calendar and be present live on each call.
-
All modules (in-person and online) require homework and assessments as a form of integrated learning.
-
Students may be required to fulfill an in-person teaching practicum at the end of Learning Modules.
-
Students may be asked to complete exam(s) to receive certification / diploma.
-
Failure to complete all sessions, assignments, and exams will result in ineligibility for certification.
Travel
-
Students are responsible for booking their own accommodation and meals unless included in tuition of event.
-
Travel arrangements, including visas, are the responsibility of the student.
-
Bindu is not liable for delays or cancellations related to travel.
-
It is strongly recommended that students obtain travel insurance.
Health Disclaimer
- This training can be physically and mentally demanding.
- Students with past or current serious physical, mental, or emotional conditions must inform the faculty.
- Students are responsible for their own health and well-being throughout the training.
- The faculty provides safe modifications, but participation is at the student’s own risk.
Graduation Requirements

Students must attend all modules (in-person & online) of course.

Students must complete an in-person teaching practicum.
-
All coursework, assignments, and exams must be fulfilled to receive certification / diploima.
Copyright & Intellectual Property

All course materials, lectures, written content, videos, and resources are copyrighted and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of the enrolled course.

Participants may access materials for personal learning only and may not share logins or distribute content.

Use of Bindu Institute’s proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and research in external teaching, coaching, or training requires prior written permission.

Unauthorized use of course content may result in legal action.
Liability

Our faculty are trained and experienced professionals who take proper care to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, there is always a chance of injury.

In case of an emergency, we will ensure you are taken care of and in good hands of qualified specialists.

The faculty and venue cannot be held responsible for injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal items.

The training is non-refundable, even if a student cannot physically practice.

Students are responsible for obtaining health insurance / travel insurance covering them during in-person trainings.
