Introducing:
The 5-Day Seasonal Mind-Body Reset
Over time, through the nature of how we live in the modern world - busy, running from one thing to the next, over-indulging, eating processed and chemical-containing food, and stress - the health of the mind and body declines and we experience symptoms like:
- Acne, skin irritation and inflammation
- Low immunity, migraine, headaches, and fatigue
- Diarrhea, constipation, or irregular bowel movements
- Sleep and weight issues
- Digestive complaints, including gas and bloating and acid reflux
- Lack of mental clarity, fogginess, and depression
- Stress, overwhelm, and anxiety
- Poor quality, dull, or dry skin, hair and nails
- Stiff body, dry and cracking joints
- And just not feeling like you’re at your full potential in your body and mind
Are you ready to improve your health
and feel energetic, clear-minded, balanced and vibrant?
Our twice-yearly, 5-Day Seasonal Mind-Body Resets weave the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga together so you can thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
They are checkpoints to care for yourself no matter how busy you get. You’ll:
- Gently and naturally eliminate accumulated toxins and improve the quality of your body tissues through a digestive reset
- Improve your presence, clarity, calm and vital-energy through grounding and centering yoga practices
- Establish healthier diet and lifestyle patterns suited to the season that will reorient you to a path of amazing health and self-connection
Our 5-Day Spring Reset will:
- Bolster your immunity so you’re not catching every cold and flu
- Improve your digestive function so you’re not subject to gas, bloating, heaviness, or acidity every time you eat
- Improve your sleep quality so that you consistently wake up feeling rested and refreshed
- Enhance your energy levels and promote balanced weight so you’re not continually fighting fatigue and discomfort
- Improve your mental clarity, and reduce stress, overwhelm, and the tendency for depression and anxiety
- Improve nutrient absorption so your body can produce better quality tissues including hair, skin and nails
- Reduce body pain and stiffness to feel more free
- Enhance positivity and mental and emotional ease
- Ground in the present and set intentions for the next six months
- Enhance your ability to connect more deeply to your inner answers and Truth
Here’s How it Works
The Seasonal Mind-Body reset is live-online, and includes:
Digestive reset: Food is medicine, and the condition of agni (your digestive fire) lays the foundation for either health or disease. You’ll nurture and nourish the flame of your agni through fresh, whole, sattvic meals. With improved digestive function you’ll naturally detox and fuel a clear mind and abundant energy. Your vitality will build and you’ll begin to ‘glow’.
Yoga practices: The root cause of disease and suffering in both Ayurveda and Yoga is the imbalanced mind. In addition to helping restore your agni, the yoga practices will clear your pranic channels, awaken your higher consciousness, and connect you to your innermost essence and deepest truth. This brings the level of change you can experience during the reset much deeper than the digestive aspect alone.
Seasonal reorientation: One of the main causes of disease identified in Ayurveda is lack of seasonal alignment. Intentionally approaching your diet and lifestyle for the upcoming season is an important aspect of long term mind-body health.

" I absolutely loved Bindu’s 5 Day Mind Body Reset. It was the first Ayurvedic cleanse I had ever done and I felt the whole process was so supportive !
The whole Bindu team were really helpful throughout the cleanse. Kelsey’s knowledge and passion shines thru.
And I was surprised at how delicious and nourishing all the recipes were. And how easy the whole process was.
Cooking the recipes daily was a much quicker and simpler process than I had anticipated and I came away feeling rejuvenated, energised and inspired to keep supporting my whole system thru the next season.

“The Mind Body Rest from Bindu Yoga was surprisingly pleasant! I’ve done cleanses and fasts before, and this experience left me feeling totally nourished and satisfied.
Everything was smooth and quite easy- From the purchase of ingredients (it was about half the price I had imagined to pay!) to cooking the recipes, to following along the practices.
I feel like this program gave me so much that I have already started incorporating into “normal life.”
A big thank you to the Bindu team for making what could be a very daunting program very easy and accessible. I’m looking forward to see what the next seasonal mind-body reset will be!

Alesha Cumpton
My passion for yoga began in the late '90s when my first teacher sparked a flame that continues to evolve and grow. Yoga weaves itself in and out of my life presenting itself to me in different forms but always giving me exactly what I need at that time. From enhancing my business travels while immersed in my career in aerospace and industrial controls, to enabling a delicate balance while pursuing an intense MBA in Switzerland, to now igniting a passion that has unfolded in my journey as a yoga teacher.
I have been teaching yoga since 2009, and consider myself a lifelong student.
My yoga journey is perhaps not a typical one... The unlikely window of opportunity opened when faced with the economic crash of 2008. MBA fresh in hand, and little job prospects in sight, the unique gift of time bestowed itself.
I travelled to India to complete my yoga teacher training, which I started nearly 10 years prior, by studying one on one with Swami Dayanand. Swami taught me a more traditional yoga to complement my otherwise western practice, and I am certified 200 hours based on the Principles of the Bihar School of Yoga.
Since, I have continued my training with Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Krama, and 4 Desires training with Mary Bruce, as well as Sequencing & Therapeutics with Ross Rayburn, Core Strength Vinyasa with Sadie Nardini, Seat of the Teacher Immersion training with Suzanne Faith, and intensives with Nico Luce, Noah Maze, Amir Jaan, Simon Park, and Tiffany Cruikshank. Along with many other notable teachers workshops, classes, and retreats in Europe and the US over the years.
Most recently, I completed my 300YTT with Suzanne Faith, Andrea Boni, and Anatomy of Movement focusing on Non-Dualist Tantra and Anusara in September of 2019.
I’m vegan, vegetarian, or have intolerance to gluten. Can I still participate?
I eat plenty of meal and don’t feel like I can go 5-days without it. Can I still participate?
What if I do intermittent fasting? Do I have to have three meals per day?
I’m new to yoga. Will the practices be too advanced for me?
What if I can’t make the live sessions?
What is the time commitment required each day?
How long will I have access to the recordings for?
Is this suitable for everyone?
